Philosophy - Current Students

The goal of the Philosophy Department is to direct students' attention to fundamental but often unnoticed aspects of human experiences and to uncover and analyze the hidden presuppositions of their intellectual and emotional commitments. In doing so, it seeks also to integrate the knowledge which the student has acquired in the various disciplines. Secondly, it prepares some students for further study in philosophy at the graduate level.
