Raven Orientation Camp

August

 

ROC, or Raven Orientation Camp, is a time to meet your classmates, talk with your advisor, and get acquainted with the campus. The camp will be filled with entertaining skits, talks, and dances that are designed to make your transition as a Raven as enjoyable as possible!

 

Family Weekend

October

 

This weekend is an opportunity for Benedictine students and their families to reconnect on the Benedictine College campus.  This Signature Weekend includes activities for the whole family, Raven sporting events, Mass, and more. Family Weekend is a great time for everyone!

 

Homecoming

October 

 

A celebration of our alma mater, Benedictine College!  Benedictine College welcomes back our alumni, students, families, and friends of the college.  The beds will be racing, the teams will be marching to victory, and the residence halls will compete for the Raven Cup, the coveted Homecoming championship trophy. Join us for Homecoming Week!

 

 

Mother-Son/Father-Daughter Banquet and Dance

February 

 

Benedictine invites male students to bring their mothers and female students to bring their fathers for a dinner and dance at the college.  This formal event brings the community together for a wonderful night.

 

Lil Sibs Weekend

March

The Raven family is bigger than just the students, faculty, staff, and alumni; the Raven family also includes the families of those mentioned.  The Benedictine College Student Ambassadors invite the sisters and brothers of Benedictine students to enjoy a weekend at the college.

 

Spring Formal

April

The Benedictine College Student Ambassadors coordinate a wonderful evening of comradery and dancing in Kansas City.  Students enjoy a night on the town and have a bit of fun before finals week comes around. Details to come. 

 

Springfest

April

This Signature Weekend, that occurs the weekend before spring semester finals, seeks to unify the college spirit and restore the morale that winter undeniably attempts to defeat.  Created in 1983, Springfest has evolved over time and now consists of live music, campus bar-b-que, a giant slip ‘n’ slide, and more.

 

Senior Week

May 

 

The last hurrah?  Not quite, but it is a great opportunity for the senior class to get together before everyone heads off to the next adventure life is bringing.  The Senior Officers of the Student Government Association plan a three day event between finals and Commencement events.
