Benedictine College offers rigorous graduate programs in Business Administration and School Leadership. Our courses produce outstanding leaders, entrepreneurs and strategists in our community, businesses and schools.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
At Benedictine you will acquire the real-world business skills, knowledge and expertise that employers value most. Our MBA program emphasizes global business acumen, innovation, entrepreneurship, and values-based leadership and ethics integrated throughout the courses.
Through our contacts in the business world and our network of MBA graduates, we'll help you set up internships and full-time jobs, giving you the building blocks for a lifetime of personal and professional success.
Additionally, if you are unable to attend MBA classes on our campus in Atchison, KS, we offer them remotely through live, interactive video conferencing.
Master of Arts in School Leadership (MASL)
Benedictine College’s School of Education has organized under the conceptual framework “Educators as Builders of Community;” this philosophy continues in our graduate programs. Students work and learn in a cohort moving through course work and practicum experiences together, forming a robust personal network.
Today the MASL is delivered synchronously in a virtual format allowing candidates from across the region to come together as future leaders of America’s Catholic K-12 schools. Building on a longstanding traditional program, Benedictine College seeks to become the graduate program where Catholic school teachers become Catholic school leaders. High employment rates and a track record of career success among MASL make Benedictine a great place to continue your role in transforming culture in K-12 education as a school leader.
