Sheridan Center for Classical Studies

The Sheridan Center for Classical Studies forms minds and hearts by promoting the liberal arts and the Catholic intellectual tradition. In line with the College’s mission to educate men and women within the 1,500-year tradition of Benedictine dedication to learning, the Center introduces students to the power of a living tradition to renew culture and to transform individuals through the intellectual and moral virtues (conversatio morum).

Undergraduate Programs

The Center sponsors Benedictine College’s Honors Program and its Great Books program, “The True, the Good, and the Beautiful.”

Graduate Programs

The Sheridan Center offers graduate programs in classical education and classical leadership.
