Admission

  • Complete the Freshman Course Planning Form
  • Submit final high school transcript to the Office of Admission
  • Submit all college, dual-credit, and IB transcripts and AP scores to the Office of Admission
  • If you have a diagnosed disability, send documentation and a copy of your most recent IEP or 504 Plan to Katie Campbell, Coordinator of Disability Services.
  • Submit request for class changes by August 1

Financial Aid

  • Send proof of outside scholarships to the Office of Financial Aid as soon as possible
  • Sign and submit Financial Aid Award Letter via your RavenZone account
  • Complete Entrance Loan Counseling and Master Promissory Note for Federal Direct Loans
  • Complete Application and Master Promissory Note for Alternative/Private Loan after June 1 (if parents will not be taking the Parent PLUS loan)

Business Office

  • Complete the Electronic Authorization Agreement when initially accessing Touchnet* through your RavenZone account
    *Benedictine College partners with Touchnet, a leading provider of secure online software for student billing
  • Pay your bill
    • In full by August 1; or
    • Enroll in a semester payment plan, after July 1, online through your RavenZone account
  • Are you anticipating a refund from your student loans? Enroll in electronic Student Refunds (eRefund), accessible through the RavenZone, and have it direct-deposited to your bank account
    • Please note: if you prefer a paper check refund, it will be mailed to the home address listed on your student account
  • Purchase Raven Bucks for fall semester

Miscellaneous

  • Submit required Health forms by August arrival
    • Athletes must submit Athletic Health Forms in addition to general. Both form sets can be found here.
  • Please review this link for the Student Health Form, required immunization history, and proof of insurance. Athletes must also submit a physical form.
  • Order Textbooks online beginning July 16 at the virtual bookstore.
  • Order Parking Pass after August 1
  • Sign up for Raven Alerts

  • View Your Bill and Account Activity after December 1 through your RavenZone account
  • Enroll in a semester Installment Payment Plan after you have been registered for classes; or pay your bill in full through your RavenZone account by January 1
  • Set up Authorized Users (An authorized user can be a parent, grandparent, or anyone you give permission to see your account activity and who helps you understand your financial situation at Benedictine College.)
  • Are you anticipating a refund from your student loans?   • Order Textbooks online beginning December 9 at the virtual bookstore. Textbooks are not sold on campus.

Admission

  • Apply for F-1 student visa
  • Pay SEVIS fee and retain receipt for visa interview
  • Submit all college, dual-credit, and IB transcripts and AP scores to the Office of Admission
    • Transfer International students, submit credit evaluation for all foreign university courses taken. Please contact Anne Faucett with any questions.

  • Pay your bill by August 1 (fall semester) or January 1 (spring semester) with one of these options:
    • Students can login to RavenZone and pay using a debit/credit card.
    • Students can use Flywire. Students will need to create an account on Flywire. Before submitting payment, students will need to use their RavenZone account to check the amount owed to the college. Go to the Flywire website, follow the directions to select the method of payment and the currency you will be using to pay your bill.
  • Purchase Raven Bucks for fall semester

  • Purchase your airplane ticket to arrive at the Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Please check the International Student Calendar for your arrival date. Complete the airport shuttle form.
