Embark on an unforgettable journey through the heart of Western civilization with Benedictine College’s Architecture Department. Our 2025 Summer Study Abroad Program in Rome, Italy, offers an unparalleled opportunity to study classical architecture in one of the world’s most historically significant and visually stunning cities. Over two transformative weeks, from June 30 to July 13, 2025, immerse yourself in the rich traditions of architecture, art, and history under the guidance of accomplished faculty and renowned guest professor Michael Djordjevitch.

  • Immersive Itinerary: Explore iconic landmarks such as the grand piazze of Rome, catacombs, major basilicas and churches, palatial museums, walls-fountains-gateways-markets, the Vatican Museums, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, Castel Gandolfo, Villa d’Este, Trajan’s Villa, while uncovering hidden architectural gems that bring the history of Roman and Christian classical design to life.
