Office of Academic Records & Registration

The Office of Academic Records and Registration processes all student records such as drop/adds, transcripts and diplomas.

This office can best answer questions you may have about:

  • Your Spring 2024 Registration Information
  • Your class schedules and number of hours taken or required
  • Your status (full-time, part-time, undergraduate, etc.)
  • Degree requirements
  • Declare your major and/or minor
  • Which advisor you may have
  • Changes to your schedules — what to do if you want to add or drop classes
  • International study for credit to be transferred back to Benedictine College
  • Permission to change advisor (before student declares a major)
  • Request transcripts
  • Course schedules
  • Requesting replacement or duplicate diplomas
  • FERPA Records
