Bachelor of Arts, School of Education

See program requirements, course sequences and more in the Course Catalog.

The School of Education programs are built on the framework of “Educators as Builders of Community.” Future teachers and administrators are prepared to form students and fulfill their vocations in a range of educational settings, including private, Catholic, public, charter, and home-based settings. Informed by the Catholic liberal arts tradition and the Benedictine tradition, the programs emphasize the formation of the whole person, the integration of knowledge across disciplines, and a commitment to thoughtful inquiry as students progress through theoretical and methodological coursework and develop a commitment to lifelong learning.
