NAIA National Lacrosse Invitational

Tournaments take place May 8-11, 2019, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Both the Benedictine College Women's Lacrosse and Men's Lacrosse teams earned spots in their respective national championship tournaments. Unfortunately, the men lost in the first round after a great season and a conference championship. The women carry on in the tournament.

Women's Lacrosse defeated University of the Cumberlands (KY) 14-10

Thursday, May 9
Women's Lacrosse defeated Marian University (IN) - 17-2

Wednesday, May 8
Men's Lacrosse defeated by University of the Cumberlands (KY) - 10-17

The women have gone undefeated through the entire season, standing at 17-0 overall and 6-0 in conference play. They are the KCAC Champions, have defeated four Top-10 teams this season, and are ranked No. 2 in the nation. This is the third time in four years that the women have qualified for the national tournament. They are the No. 2 seed overall in the tournament.

The men went 10-4 overall in the season and 5-1 in conference play. They upset No.4 Missouri Valley College in the KCAC tournament championship to earn their first ever bid to the NAIA national tournament. They were defeated 10-17 by University of the Cumberlands (KY) in the first round of the tournament.
