Please review the following checklists and complete the missing items pertinent to your specific situation.
Incoming Freshman Checklist
- Submit final high school transcript to the Office of Admission
- Submit all college, dual-credit, and IB transcripts and AP scores to the Office of Admission
- If you have a diagnosed disability, send documentation and a copy of your most recent IEP to the Office of Admission
- Purchase Raven Bucks for fall semester (please see FAQ)
- Submit request for class changes by July 17th
- Sign and Submit Financial Aid Award Letter via OASIS account
- Complete Entrance Loan Counseling
- Send proof of outside scholarships to the Office of Financial Aid
- Sign the Financial Responsibility Agreement and Financial Access Form and submit to the Business Office
- Set up tuition payment plan for the fall semester or pay remaining balance in full by August 1
- Either may be done through your student OASIS account-review the Estimated Tuition Worksheet located under the Financial Tab to see balance due
- Further information about tuition billing can be found on the Billing/Payments page
- Electronic Student Refund Option: If you are anticipating a refund from your student loans, and would like to have it direct deposited to your bank account, enroll in eRefund, accessible through your OASIS Estimated Tuition Worksheet Payment button.

- Submit Required Health Forms
- Please review this link for the Student Health Form, required vaccinations, and proof of insurance. Athletes must submit a physical form.
- Submit High School Achievement Form
- Sign up for Textcaster
**If you are living in Turner or Newman Hall and plan to bring a loft, you must contact the Student Life Office at 913-360-7500 prior to your arrival to campus.
