Four More Added to Wrestling Team for 2012-13
Coach Wainwright continues to add for inaugural season

Benedictine head wresting coach Cy Wainwright four more athletes to his inaugural wrestling class for the 2012-'13 season.
Auston Finley of Nixa, Mo., Michael Cuthbertson of Branson, Mo., Clifford "CJ" Ikenberry from St. Thomas Aquinas and Bryan Woodward from Highland Park in Topeka become the latest group of signees to join the first-ever varsity wrestling team at Benedictine next year.
Finley is a four-time letter winner and a multiple national placer in freestyle, Greco, and folk style. He was also named a High School All-American and will surpass 100 victories this season for Nixa High.
Auston (top right) is a projected 125 pounder for the Ravens.
"I think Auston’s best wrestling is still ahead of him," said Coach Wainwright. "He has been making leaps and bounds over the past few years, and I look for him to continue to do so at Benedictine College."
Cuthbertson is a two-time state qualifier, finishing second in the state as a junior. He is currently ranked first in the state of Missouri at 145 pounds.
Michael (middle right) is a projected 149/157 pounder for the Ravens.
“Michael is a wrestler who can do great things for this program." Coach Wainwright said. "He excels at Freestyle, Folkstyle, and Greco Roman. I look forward to coaching him in the future."
Ikenberry is a Kansas High School 5A state qualifier and a four-year letter winner for St Thomas Aquinas. He is currently ranked fourth in the Kansas at 132 pounds.
“CJ is an all-around great kid," Coach Wainwright said. "He comes from a great wrestling program and a great family. I look forward to him have a big year this season."
Woodward is a Kansas 4A state qualifier who will surpass 100 career wins this season.
Bryan (bottom right) is projected a 149-157 pounder for the Ravens.
"Bryan is an individual who I feel his best wrestling is still ahead of him," Coach Wainwright said. "He has a lot of potential to help build the Raven Wrestling in the future."
