Wednesday, the Lady Ravens added their first new player for the 2005-'06 season when Troy's Abby Winder signed to play basketball for the women's team at BC.

A senior center for the Lady Trojans this season, Winder is averaging 22.2 points per game and is pulling down 10.2 rebounds per game.

A four-year starter for Troy, Winder has scored just over 1,400 points in her career for the Lady Trojans for which she has been a staple in the starting lineup since her freshman year.

Abby has been an unamious All-Deleware Valley league selection her first three years in high school and has earned all-state recognition during those three years as well.

Abby fits into the same mold as current Lady Ravens Emily Smith and will add to a strong group of returning players during the 2005-'06 season.
