Missy Nigus
Missy Nigus is an Atchison native and an alumni of Benedictine College.
She has 11 years experience participating in competitive gymnastics and nine years of cheer experience including the college level. She was head coach for the Atchison Gymnastics team for three years as well as an instructor for the YMCA gymnastics classes.
Nigus was the tumbling coach for 2008-2009 cheer squad and took on the head coach position in 2009-2010. In 2009-2010 the Benedictine Cheer Squad placed 3rd in the HAAC Cheer Competition and placed 2nd the following year. Each year she looks to build upon their growing success and prove that BC Cheer is a solid, competitive program.
