Head Coach Tim Crowley took over the Raven softball program during the 2001-2002 school year.

Under his leadership, the Raven softball team has had multiple 20-win seasons and has qualified for the postseason on multiple occasions.

Before coming to Benedictine, Crowley taught and coached at Murray (IA) High School. While at Murray, he was the head girls track coach and was an assistant coach with the softball and football teams.  During the ’99-’00 year, the Murray softball team had an undefeated 37-0 regular season winning the District Championship and finishing the season one game short of the State Tournament.  Crowley began his coaching career at Lamoni (IA) High School, where he was the head boys and girls golf coach, assistant boys basketball and assistant football coach.

Crowley attended Graceland College, where he graduated in 1996, with a degree in Education, with emphases in Physical Education and World History, while competing on the Yellowjacket Baseball team.  In 2001 he earned his Master’s degree in Sport Science-Sport Management from the United States Sports Academy, Daphne, AL.
