Benedictine College is located in historic Atchison, Kansas, a small town picturesquely situated in the hills beside the Missouri River in northeast Kansas. With a population just under 11,000, the city offers the much-sought qualities of small-town life, but is close enough to the metropolitan areas of Kansas City, Topeka, and St. Joseph to offer big-city amenities.

STUDENT VISITS
Individual campus visits can be scheduled for any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. They begin promptly at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., or 11 a.m., or at 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. Visits must be scheduled two weeks in advance. A personalized campus visit lasts at least three hours. Take I-29 North to Exit 20 (exit sign says Weston/Tracy). Take Hwy 273N to four-way stop intersection. Turn right to continue on 273N/45N. Drive 15 minutes past Weston. Turn left onto Hwy 59 to Atchison.
FROM JOHNSON COUNTY, KS
Take I-435 West to I-435 North. Take exit 22, Hwy 45 North to Weston. Continue on Hwy 45/273N past Weston (15 minutes). Finally, turn left onto Hwy 59 to Atchison.

From the west, turn left on 4th street. Right on Main Street. Travel two blocks east. Curve left on Main, which then becomes 2nd street. Travel 10 blocks to campus entrance on the right, just past St. Benedict's Church.

INSTRUCTIONS ONCE ON CAMPUS
When visiting as a prospective student, please go to the Office of Admission, located in St. Benedict Hall on the east side of campus. When you enter campus from Second Street, stay on the main drive as it winds up the hill and past the Abbey. Parking is available in the Staff Parking Lot or along the main drive. The Office of Admission is located on the second floor of St. Benedict Hall. Enter the main doors and proceed to the far right end of the hall, Suite 218.
